DR. NIGAMANANDA SWAIN

Dr. Swain is a PhD in Agriculture Economics and has over 20 years of international and national experience with CGIAR, multinational donors, Indian state governments and corporate houses in formulating and managing agriculture science and upscaling projects in India, Afghanistan, and other countries. He is experienced in country program management, an expert in Mission led concepts development, Goal Oriented Project Planning (GOPP), and micro-planning based on Logical Framework (LFA). He has extensive project designing, implementation and management skills, and proven track record of successfully undertaking mega projects. He is reputed for his impressive project management experience in effectively reaching the end stakeholders with desired solutions, improved technologies, and technical backstopping.
