MR. PARTHA SARATHY ADHYA

Mr. Adhya is an MBA in Finance and Marketing and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Planning and Management (currently pursuing his PhD in Finance) and brings over 15 years of international and national experience in the field of Financial, Administrative and Regional Program Management with CGIAR, multinational donors, Indian state governments and the private sector. He is an expert in Agri Finance, Strategic Sustainability, Grant/Risk Management, Quality Assurance, Gender, Diversity & Inclusion, and MEL. He has handled Cross-Country Scientific Research Exchange Program portfolios and Research for Development Program delivery with NARS and other international/domestic partners, which includes budget analysis and planning matched to organizational and program strategy, financial forecasting, budget compliance to full cost recovery guidelines, and follow up for appropriate monitoring and utilization.
